I would never recommend this place. I went in for an oil change and a tire rotation. They told me my air filter and cabin filter were dirty. They didn’t tell me it was 170 dollars to re I went in for an oil change and a tire rotation. They told me my air filter and cabin filter were dirty. They didn’t tell me it was 170 dollars to replace it and only found out till I got the bill I would never of had it done if I knew the price air filters air very simple to change. These people are crooks. More

There was an error made by the service department's pricing on my bill. Brian Bates ,(Kenny Ross Subaru's service manager), quickly fixed the problem and corrected the error. I was told exactly what was going to be done to my car and what it would cost before any work started. After the work was completed, they suggested a few items that could be done to my car to make it bett and what it would cost before any work started. After the work was completed, they suggested a few items that could be done to my car to make it better and I had the choice of accepting or rejecting their suggestions. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. I would not hesitate to return to Kenny Ross for any repair work I may need in the future. More
