After signing, I found out the car actually had nearly 5,000 miles. When I questioned it, the salesperson admitted they “always put 3 miles” on the form and claimed it was part of the discount — but none of that was disclosed ahead of time. I gave both the dealership and Hyundai corporate a chance to respond. They ignored me. I’ve since filed formal complaints with the Texas Attorney General, Federal Trade Commission, and the Better Business Bureau. I’m still waiting on a fair resolution — whether that’s a refund, replacement, or proper compensation for the misleading sale. More

There were customers sitting close by who could possible see the computer screens and hear private information. Also, the receptionist is the first person a customer comes in contact with and sets the initial tone for their experience...not impressed. More

This dealer insisted on adding $2995 to the price of the deal with a Platinum Protection Package, and then relentlessly applied all of the classic (aggravating) sales tactics when I objected to the unwanted add-ons. We just wanted a fair and simple deal. We ended up going back-and-forth for an hour before disappointment and exhaustion set in. I would be embarrassed to recommend this dealer, and risk having a friend, co-worker, or family member endure the same circus act. Down the road a few exits, at Demontrond Mazda Clear Lake, we received prompt and clear pricing. With Mazda, there was no need for haggling over up-charges or questionable add-ons. Mazda got our business, again. More
