The finance person did not tell me if I decided NOT to keep the warranty after purchasing it that it would take 6 weeks to process. He was not very helpful with instructions on how to cancel the warranty! I purchased the vehicle on Saturday and on Tuesday I had let them know that I did not want to keep the warranty! I felt like I was not treated with full service! There was no disclosure about having to wait six weeks and filing without any help! Having to sign the loan paperwork and warranty on a computer made it difficult to read and review details about the loan and how the warranty if removed would only be taken off the end of the loan and there would not be get a reduction on the monthly payments once removed! Brandon and Holly sold me the 2015 Nissan Marano. Holly was great friendly and answered my questions. Brandon called me to come look at car when I got there gave me the keys to vehicle while he got i Holly was great friendly and answered my questions. I ask him a couple of questions which he answered. But said nothing about the vehicle. I liked the vehicle very much was purchasing it but not because Brandon sold the vehicle. Holly stepped in she was a delight to work with answered questions and chatted with me while waiting to do paperwork. More
