Lastly, I worked with Tim in accessories to order some additional things I wanted for my new Lyric. That was less than a week ago and the accessories have already been delivered. The entire process was stress-free and low to no pressure. It was clear to me that their only goal was to get me into a car that I wanted and they believed would meet both my wants and needs. They succeeded. There have been a few follow up items since getting the car and those matters have been handled in the same exemplary manner. More
