The initial check-in was great as was the video walking me through the initial inspection. It took quite awhile from when I got the video to when I was given the estimate to sign off on the work to be don me through the initial inspection. I took the vehicle in 10 days after purchase and Walser had a significant issue that neither I, nor Walser, knew about during the purchase process. I took the vehicle in 10 days after purchase and Walser stood behind the car and fixed the issue at their expense (even offering a loaner, which I declined). The purchase process is fairly simple with the no-haggle pricing but the aftercare on this car was fantastic. 10/10 would recommend! My only complaint is that there wasn't the best proactive communication. I had to call each time to get an update. More
