As this was my first ever car payment, I was super hesitant. However, they were able to answer all the questions I had and alleviate and doubts I had with a new car. This was my second purchase. I traded in the first vehicle I bought there. I would’ve gotten more had I sold it privately, but believe I got a decent price. I needed to buy a vehicle that day and they made that happen. I had some questions afterwards for sales (pre-owned), and have not received a response, but will follow up in person asap. I’m not a numbers person and it was after closing, but I’m still unclear as to some of the aspects of the financing. Will follow up there too. Service was great (thanks Brandon!) when a sensor failed before I left the lot that night. I got a great rental (thanks to you too Juan!) and had my “new to me” vehicle back a few days later since it was a holiday weekend. I’m pretty sure I’ll be purchasing from Leif Johnson again, hopefully at a more leisurely pace next time. 😉 I appreciate the respect that went both ways. More
