Over the weekend, we also had the privilege of meeting their manager, Kelly Henderson, and I can honestly say she is one of the most genuine and caring leaders we’ve ever met at any dealership. Kelly doesn’t just “sell cars” — she takes the time to educate, guide, and make sure you fully understand every step of the process. She cares deeply about her team, and that energy extends to the way they care for customers. Kelly personally sat down with my wife and me on a busy Saturday to listen to our situation and talk us through options that were best for our family. She didn’t rush us or pressure us — she gave honest advice that truly opened our eyes and made us feel valued as people, not just as buyers. Brandon Brown is extremely attentive, professional, and responsive — he truly listens to your needs and works hard to find the right fit. And if he’s tied up, Julia is right there to step in, answer questions, and make sure you’re never left waiting. Brandon G. in finance was also excellent and made everything easy to understand. This dealership operates like a family — and it shows. The teamwork, transparency, and genuine care are something you rarely find in today’s car-buying world.
