I had an appointment for 40K check up to diagnose and repair an error message. I took my vehicle in the day and time my appointment was scheduled for. I called 2 times the next day to get an update on my repair an error message. I took my vehicle in the day and time my appointment was scheduled for. I called 2 times the next day to get an update on my vehicle and the assigned service advisor Brandon Ganer never returned my call. I called the assistant service manager on the 3rd day. He told me the maintenance was complete, but no one has worked on my vehicle for the error message. I did not get my vehicle back until Tuesday 7 days later. In the meantime, I had to rent a vehicle costing me more money. More
