My first 'encounter' with Brandon was regarding a 'new to me' Toyota Prius with was still being 'processed' at the time I reached out to Royal Moore. Brandon kept me informed regarding the status and availability until I was in town and could see the car myself. I truly appreciated his efforts. This was the best car buying experience I’ve had out of the four cars I’ve purchased . From the beginning I was greeted in a genuine way, whereas in the past I felt like the hard sell was pushed from befor the four cars I’ve purchased . From the beginning I was greeted in a genuine way, whereas in the past I felt like the hard sell was pushed from before even getting out of the car. I knew exactly which model I was interested in and Brandon explained the difference in the trims. The text drive was very comfortable, i got to engage in the driving experience without a pushy overly aggressive sales pitch. Brandon worked really hard to get me the financing I needed. I truly felt like I was being heard, unlike the traditional gimmicky dealership experiences that I had previously dealt with. For the first time I’m driving off the lot without feeling stressed and exhausted. More
