He answered all of my questions to my satisfaction and then I took a test ride. After that, he explained all of the extra questions I had and I left without feeling any “sales pressure”. After getting a trade-in number and discussing it with my wife, the decision was made – buy it! I bought a vehicle that I wasn't happy with. I called a salesman and told them what I wanted. I got there test drove vehicle and rally liked.
