Coolant control valve was replaced, and after receiving my truck back, the radiator was leaking. Note: Wasn’t leaking before they worked on the coolant system. Carried it back to have radiator replace my truck back, the radiator was leaking. Note: Wasn’t leaking before they worked on the coolant system. Carried it back to have radiator replaced, but the dealer doesn’t think the radiator issue is related to their work. Made me pay for the repair. More

With the expense associated with work performed by the dealership, it seems excessive to charge an additional fee for credit card use. I still think I was charged the fee even after requesting to pay as a dealership, it seems excessive to charge an additional fee for credit card use. I still think I was charged the fee even after requesting to pay as a debit card. My total went from 129 to 154. There were obviously additional fees other than taxes. More

Had my truck for 9 days in the month of June. They had it for the rest for multiple issues. After first repair, I get the truck back and have to bring it back 3 days later. 3 week wait, I fin They had it for the rest for multiple issues. After first repair, I get the truck back and have to bring it back 3 days later. 3 week wait, I finally get the truck back to find a puddle of coolant in my garage. Waiting now to see if it is a leak or if the mechanic made a mess while filling it and didn’t clean it up. Either way, really frustrating. My initial frustration is with GM and how they don’t truly fix issues when they know they have a problem. My current frustration is with Jim Ellis and their workmanship during the repair. More
