Anderson has been a great dealer and one I've recommended and a while ago I would have rated it 5 stars. But things are slipping and the 4 stars is not a strong 4. More like a 3.5. First, one thing that was refreshing a few years ago. They did not try "sticking" the customer with profit added "addons" (paint treatment, fabric coatings, life insurance, phony insurance policies, etc.) Now every sticker has all this nonsense on it. If it stays like this it may be the last vehicle I purchase there. Another issue coming up is quality of service in the service center is decreasing. Recently a misdiagnosis on brake work cost me additional $$$, another issue had come up on another car, where the battery terminal was left loose and air filter housing was not reattached. Hopefully this will be read and taken to heart. Myself and my family have relied on Anderson over the years and things like what I am seeing now, bother me. More

This is our second car that we bought from Anderson in Rockford, Illinois and from Frank Frank was great.
