I want to personally thank Four Stars Nissan of Denton for the professionalism and care they showed while addressing my concerns regarding my vehicle repairs. Blake and Kelly, both members of the manageme for the professionalism and care they showed while addressing my concerns regarding my vehicle repairs. Blake and Kelly, both members of the management team, took the time to personally follow up with me to ensure everything was handled properly and that I had a positive experience. Their willingness to listen, answer all of my questions thoroughly, and make sure I felt confident about the repairs truly stood out. It’s clear they value their customers and take pride in providing quality service. I am absolutely satisfied with the follow-up and overall experience. The guys went out of their way to get the car we wanted. Dealership and restrooms were super clean, made us feel like they cared about how the dealership feels about it's customers.
