After unsuccessfully working with other car dealerships in Columbus, I went to Roush hoping to buy a car. I worked with Mike Brady and he was absolutely lovely. Mike was kind and patient and really made su in Columbus, I went to Roush hoping to buy a car. I worked with Mike Brady and he was absolutely lovely. Mike was kind and patient and really made sure I felt comfortable with the car I was purchasing. I never felt rushed, or that I was taking up too much time and ended up with the car I wanted. I also worked with Kyln for the finance part and he was a dream- extremely warm and kind! I would absolutely reccomend Roush and would use them again for my furture needs. More

Steven Dewberry did a great job at helping allocate a Civic Si for me despite the challenges in finding this particular car. If I could give Roush Honda 10 stars I would. I called and spoke with Jim Hartsook. I told him my unique situation and what I was looking for. He had me complete an application online and within I called and spoke with Jim Hartsook. I told him my unique situation and what I was looking for. He had me complete an application online and within the hour called back to tell me I was approved. Once I got to the dealership, I worked with Brandon. Brandon was nothing short of amazing. Very nice, very professional, he made the car purchasing experience very easy. In the Finance department I worked with Mike. Mike explained all of the documents making sure that I completely understood what I was signing. I never felt pressured to add on the additional warranty (although I did add it on. It was a great deal). My experience with Roush was probably the best experience I ever had with regard to purchasing a new car. I would absolutely recommend that anyone looking to buy their first or next car call Roush Honda. They are the epitome of excellent customer service. KUDOS!!!! More
