I have bought two (2) vehicles at Reliable Nissan and I have had geat experiences at Reliable Nissan. As for the Service Department, they correctly diagnosed a problem with my current vehicle that was misd have had geat experiences at Reliable Nissan. As for the Service Department, they correctly diagnosed a problem with my current vehicle that was misdiagnosed at another dealership, saving me thousands of dollars in repairs and it would not have fixed the problem, so I have been very happy and pleased with the service I have receieved at Reliable Nissan and I would highly recommend Reliable Nissan to my family and friends and to anyone else. More

I think our poor experience was due to an emergency that Brandon had to deal with; however, his backup crew did not follow through with what was supposed to be done. Neither did they communicate with us and Brandon had to deal with; however, his backup crew did not follow through with what was supposed to be done. Neither did they communicate with us and consequently, our key was lost. We had to come back the following day which was a Monday to get our vehicle and then reschedule for Thursday to actually get the work done on Thursday they were supposed to call when the car was ready, but that didn't happen either so we just showed up and got our car, which was sitting in the lot. Apparently Brandon had gone home sick. I get that this kind of stuff happens, but what about having a system that follows through in case of emergency and illness? More
