“DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION- Vanessa Gomez, Austin Kondor and Brandon Valenzuela reached out to me regarding a Nissan I was interested in at there location. They emailed, texted and called every five minutes and Brandon Valenzuela reached out to me regarding a Nissan I was interested in at there location. They emailed, texted and called every five minutes for 2 days until I contacted them. I was trying to use my own finance company as I was already prequalified. They told me to fill out the application and they would send me some numbers, and we would go from there. After going back in forth for a couple of hours. I heard nothing from anyone, no text no call no emails. I reached out to my finance company the next day, they stated Nissan sent the offer for 22,995. And they were only looking to finance 21,995. And the car pricing on there website is 22,576. They were waiting for Nissan to provide another offer. Still no contact from Nissan. I reached out to Vanessa for a status check, 2 hours later she emails me and says Capitol one didn’t approve the full amount. Do you want us to look for another car. I was shocked because had I not emailed anyone would they have reached out. They went from borderline harassing me to crickets. When I questioned Vanessa on the lack of service and follow up. She proceeded to say it’s hard for them to help someone with “challenged credit”. To say I was speechless was an understatement. She then proceeded to say be mad with Capital One not us. I don’t care what the amount is, is it not the process to follow up and let me know. Or how about hey they want 4k down are you able to work with it. But to not follow up at all and then give me attitude when I reach out is wild. Per Vanessa if you have “challenged credit” this is not the place for you. Capital One was able to provide me other dealerships that would be help to assist. If I could give negative stars I would More

Everything was fine. I found the car that I wanted online and when I came in and tested it, they gave me a good deal. The only reason why the ratings were not higher wa I found the car that I wanted online and when I came in and tested it, they gave me a good deal. Even though they knew I was coming in to pick up the car it was not fully charged, and there was no portable charger when I took delivery. The car was in the front lot and gassed up, all ready for my test drive when I arrived. Brandon was extremely helpful, he explained every detail about the car and the paperwork involved in the purchase of t my test drive when I arrived. If really interested you should search reviews by date as it seems positive reviews are always first on top. Seems The Management is just as bad as the staff as did not contact me after my many requests.. This only leads me to believe the sell and repent or avoid the repentance is under his direction. Has not heard from Branden since I've text and called him several times.I spoke with Austin also about the issue still has the message on my IPC. Austin did contact the nissan dealer in Jacksonville about the trailer package he promised..but as for the collision message nothing and no one cares apparently so no I would not recommend this dealership..I was also told I have lifetime powertrain warranty on this truck I've looked through the papers I was emailed nowhere does it say lifetime powertrain warranty.. I did not think that I could be helped. Austin reached out via my internet inquiry and turned me over to Chris who teamed up with Branden. Branden worked with his managers to find a way to make it work. I understand the vehicle they gave me was one they needed to move, but I love the vehicle. The whole experience was made painless and easy on my behalf. Even just shy of a week after the transaction, I still hear from various dealership members making sure that everything is good and I am taken care of. This was by far one of the better car-buying experiences I have had out of 8 new car purchases at various times in my life. More
