They called the corporate office to get my car towed (for free) from the Syracuse Hyundai dealer when it broke down. The Syracuse dealership said they couldn't look at it for two weeks. Everyone I talked with in the service department was pleasant and helpful in explaining the updates being provided. The appointment was set up quickly, and I was able to drop off and pick up my car at pleasant and helpful in explaining the updates being provided.
