We had a very challenging experience trying to complete the deal to get into the car we purchased. We got assigned to 3 different salesmen, and because of an electrical and computer problem with our vehicl the deal to get into the car we purchased. We got assigned to 3 different salesmen, and because of an electrical and computer problem with our vehicle the service department needed over 2 full weeks to troubleshoot the problem , and several people were called in to try to fix our car. It was only when Brad Troedel entered the picture that they were able to ascertain what the technical problem was and after his input and expertise was implemented, the car was fixed in short order. We have very high marks for Jack Debarkjian and Brad Troedel who were 100% transparent and accessible in communicating with us and not making us feel like we were being kept in the dark. As far as the salespeople and the other service dept staff that were part of this odyessy, we hold them in far less regard than we do Jack and Brad. We hope that this was a learning tool for the dealership moving forward, as we learned quite a bit ourselves about the dealership through this experience. Hopefully our future service and maintence of our vehicle will be a lot smoother than this situation was. More

Christian was the first technician I’ve worked with here who did not follow up or communicate properly. He did not use the text notification system to keep me updated, and he never called with a clear picku who did not follow up or communicate properly. He did not use the text notification system to keep me updated, and he never called with a clear pickup date—only a pickup time with no specific date. I had to call multiple times just to get basic updates, and even then, I was repeatedly told by Gaby and Brad (Alfa manager) that he was “busy with a customer” or on a lunch break. When it was time to pick up my car, I had to arrange my own ride because it seemed like my pickup would have been ignored due to his lack of attention and follow-through. His attitude and unprofessional behavior were unacceptable. I nearly left the parking lot without ever speaking to him, and instead of taking accountability, he made a comment that the employee outside “should have never given me the car” until he arrived—this only made the situation worse. In the end, Brad (Alfa manager) was the one who actually handled and resolved the window issue. Because of this experience, I would not recommend Christian. If he cannot provide updates, take ownership, or offer solutions, the service falls far below expectations. More

Michael Troedel provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. I first contacted Michael two weeks prior to my visit after purchasing my Ghibli from a private seller in Fort Lauderdale (I a from start to finish. I first contacted Michael two weeks prior to my visit after purchasing my Ghibli from a private seller in Fort Lauderdale (I am from Michigan). I am a retired Police Sergeant and US Army Command Sergeant Major. Having that background, I was seeking someone who shared my "attention to detail" and work ethic as this was my first Maserati (my dream car that I had planned to buy once I retired from two long awarding careers, the US Army and Troy Police) and wanted to make sure my new car received the best care and safety inspection for the 1,400 mile drive back to Detroit. Michael and I spoke several times before I arrived in Fort Lauderdale and while at the dealership, enjoyed several discussions about the service being provided. I felt like I was visiting family with the trust and care he and the entire staff displayed during my visit. In addition to the great service and professionalism that Michael showed, my Technician/Shop Foreman (Brian), also displayed care and a high level of competence that exceeded my expectations, which is what I had hoped for as I planned this visit. I had the utmost trust and confidence in all the work he performed, and I'm happy to report that my 19.5-hour (1400-mile trip) back to Michigan was successful and without any mechanical issues!! I am so happy and would highly recommend both this dealership, the amazing service staff (Michael and Brad), and the amazing Technician/Foreman (Brian) to work on your vehicle with total confidence!! I also appreciate the follow-up call from Haylie (customer service) on my way home. I enjoyed sharing with her that I had driven approximately 800 miles at that point and all was going well.
