Our journey started with my wife bringing in her Volvo, her 6th, for service. While we waited, we were approached by Zach Pletcher who noticed our interest in a Porsche Macan S. After my wife finished the test drive, WE left that day with our first Porsche. A few weeks later I was at the dealership, collecting the ALL Weather matts for my wife's Macan, when I noticed this BEAUTIFUL 718 on the showroom floor. I asked Zach if I may take it "for a spin (test drive)". After the test drive, I was hooked... I thought long and hard, resisted the urge to purchase "on the spot" and did my due diligence in research. 4 weeks later I purchased the 718, and have NEVER been more HAPPY. This is our 2nd Porsche purchase from Paramount AND working with such a GREAT team (Zach, Cole and Kami) made our decision(s) EASY... I'd like to say THANKS to ALL the wonderful team members for making us feel at ease and unpressured. More

Paramount Porsche Volvo Volkswagon delivered the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. This dealership unequivocally lacks equal opportunity. On 1-16-23, I spoke with a salesman and paid a $500 fe customer service I’ve ever experienced. This dealership unequivocally lacks equal opportunity. On 1-16-23, I spoke with a salesman and paid a $500 fee to hold a vehicle in which I intended to purchase and pickup after work. The payment was accepted and I received a congratulations from the salesman. Nearly 2 hours later, I received a message from the salesman stating “ we cannot sale you the car because we’ve decided to send the car to wholesale to increase profit gain”. What I was hearing seemed strange, as I’d already paid $500 down. I immediately contacted the sales manager to gain perspective and he stated “ I apologize on the salesman behalf, but you were given false information, the truth is, the owner of the dealership has decided to hold and sale this vehicle to his friend”. I asked the sales manager how will this be mediated from a customer service standpoint, he simply stated “well, we’re refunding your money”. When I mentioned that this experience would be documented in a review he stated “go ahead”, without the least concern of the terrible experience I had. Words cannot express the disappointment and resentment I have gained from this experience. Furthermore, the salesman sent an email apologizing for the false information. And of course it took 4 days for the $500 to be returned to my account. Terrible business ! More
