I never felt pressured to get anything I didn't want or that I had to sign right then and there. I checked out quite a few other dealerships (even another Subaru), but none compared to Ganley Subaru East. Before my recent purchase of 2017 Subaru Legacy 2.5i Premium with Eysight technology (this is the best investment I ever made), I dreaded having to take my car in for service. However, this is no longer an issue at Ganley Subaru East dealership. I have not met a person yet who has not made feel welcomed and like I just gained a second family on top of a new car. Even after I received my car, Brad would check in with me to make sure I didn't have any questions or problems with the car. I would definitely recommend my family and friends to buy from Ganley Subaru East!!!! More

He is able to do this because he takes the time to get to know you and truly listens to what you want and can afford. There was no pressure at all. NONE! Brad Lunar was great to work with - so cheerful, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. He knows I'm a bit daunted by all the technology features on my new 2017 Subaru Legacy (my last car did not even have bluetooth capability) and he has offered to be my ongoing IT consultant as questions may arise. So far, I am happy to report, I am managing on my own fairly well. Sean Marn in finance made document signing as easy and efficient as possible, which I greatly appreciated. I was really struck but how amazingly clean the dealership is, particularly in the service area. I felt I could drop something on the floor and still safely eat it even after a little more than 10 seconds had elapsed. I look forward to revisiting this dealership many times in the future as I continue to grow into my Subaru family experience. More

I went to Ganley Subaru and received wonderful customer service from Brad Lunar and Robert Swyt. I cant say how much I appreciate their patience with my situation and their understanding of my needs. The friendliness, non pressure attitude and genuine concern was wonderful. I work in customer service so I understand customer service and I can definately say Brad and Robert are the best ! Ive recommended Ganley East to several of my customers already. If you seriously want to be somewhere that you are heard, get full attention and there is true concern for you as an individual this is the place to be.
