I was in search of a vehicle after my previous vehicle of 10 years was totaled in a car accident. I popped up without an appointment and the customer service was not only phenomenal, but there was definitely a different vibe than the other dealerships. Brad Hoang helped me and was transparent throughout the entire process. He gave me my space to look around. Brad didn’t even try to get me into something to make a sale, he listened to what I wanted and told me if I didn’t like what they had available, he’d get what I wanted. On top of that, if you find something that you like and want to think about it or have a mechanic come out, there’s a $200 holding fee for 2 days that’s 100% refundable if you decide not to buy! I actually needed this time to make my final decision. During my decision making time, I received an email from a Manager asking how they could make my experience fantastic. That personal touch was something I hadn’t experienced at all week. Coincidentally, the day I purchased my vehicle was the day 1 of the employees was being recognized before moving to a different location. I got to witness an intimate moment between the employees and Manager. You saw the family dynamic they had, which confirmed that I was purchasing from the right place!
