Service writer Brad is Unprofessional and rude! I purchased a Brand New Suburban and it did not start. Had only 8900 miles on the his. I needed a vehicle for the day and could not accommodate me-so I purchased a Brand New Suburban and it did not start. Had only 8900 miles on the his. I needed a vehicle for the day and could not accommodate me-so of course I would be upset. As I was speaking on the phone to my husband Brad RUDELY asked If I wanted my vehicle fixed or not? WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE rep ask a question like that? Obviously he has NO people skills! I have NEVER been treated like that and we purchase a new car every 3 years! Never from Allen Turner again you can BET ON THAT! More
