Found a car online but had to drive quite a distance. The sales manager agreed to hold with a deposit. I was slightly disappointed to hear he was off work upon arrival. He failed to mention that after asking when I would be coming the day prior. Turned out to be a blessing Nadeem Mirza was whom greeted and helped finalize the deal. He was very thorough & went over all the options on the car. He also assisted me in setting up the programs. I honestly don’t think that would have been the case if we had the sales manager. Point being he couldn’t even mention he wouldn’t be working & that I would still be taken care of. The finance guy was really nice but I waited almost 2 hours to pay for the car. Not completely his fault apparently they usually have 6 on staff but it was only him until after 1:00. I was going to wire money but made sure I had cash because the sales manager said wire transfers can take 2 hours or many more. So I figured having cash would expedite that. Not so much. Next day realized I wasn’t given a paid in full receipt nor did I get an owners manual with the car. Called the next morning and was promptly emailed the bill of sale & receipt showing cash was paid for car along with cc payment. Said they would be mailing me the owners manual. So I guess we will see if it shows up. Overall I like the car and was fairly easy smooth process. More

The car I was interested in was parked out the door and ready to be test driven. Prior to our drive Nathan answered all my questions, explained all the systems and how the hybrid system worked. My son test drove the car at the track and really liked the way it handled. Nathan was patient and answered all his questions, then introduced us to his sales manager Bobby, who greeted us and asked us if we had any questions. Nathan then walked us to Igor the finance manger who walked us through some options, again never pressuring us to buy anything. It was the best car buying experience I ever had and I was glad my son was with me to experience the level of professionalism these gentlemen displayed.
