Today I made another purchase after my commuter car was wrecked last week from an accident. So I initially planned to check several dealerships before deciding to make a purchase. However, when I, together with wifey and baby, dropped by at Toyota of Naperville, the plan was cut short as we were able to close a deal with the dealership. Toyota of Naperville offered the most relaxing and satisfying experience. My wife noticed the difference right away when Bobby Quintanilla guided us from car selection, to test driving the Highlander, to doing the paper works - until the last minute where he explained all the electronics controls available, including setting up my phone to communicate with the vehicle. Very happy with the purchase! More
