She was smart, personable & easy to communicate with... Needless to say, I bought a CRV from her...the service I have had there has been a pleasant experience...The manager of Honda of the Avenues, Jim, is great! Moving forward a couple of years to last week. I went back to the dealership looking for alittle smaller suv. I went n &ask for Krystal Knight...Needless to say I bought another a Honda HRV EXL. The salesperson (Morris Rashwan) was very knowledgeable and did an excellent job of We recently purchased a 2019 Honda CRV from Honda of the Avenues. The salesperson (Morris Rashwan) was very knowledgeable and did an excellent job of showing us the car on our first visit and explaining all of the features. When we came back two days later to purchase a car, we were able to reach an agreement on price with the sales manager without hassle and he made a point of mentioning his appreciation for our previous business with them. Our visit with the financial manager was also handled professionally and without pressure. Overall, my wife and I found this to be a very pleasant experience. We have had our other car serviced there for the past few years, so are confident we will continue to receive excellent service from Bobby Howard and the service staff. More
