Service visit I have always been very satisfied with the care and service that Columbia for provides. I've been a customer for over 20 years and recommend this deal I have always been very satisfied with the care and service that Columbia for provides. I've been a customer for over 20 years and recommend this dealership whenever possible. The only complaint I have this visit is, I was waiting for my car and it took longer than usual because there were a couple of recalls. No problem there! However in sitting in the waiting area, the television was on and the music was extremely loud. There was so,e breaking news that was important and it couldn't be heard. My suggestion: turn the music down in that area - too much competition! Just know that you are the best! More

2005 Dodge Grand Caravan We brought our 2015 Dodge Grand Caravan for a radiator repair and a couple of weeks later had an overheating issue. We dropped it off without an appo We brought our 2015 Dodge Grand Caravan for a radiator repair and a couple of weeks later had an overheating issue. We dropped it off without an appointment on Saturday and got it back on Wednesday. I'm not sure how long it should have taken, but thankfully it ended up only being a bad cap and an air bubble. I understand that it needed to sit overnight to verify the bubble, so maybe the time it took was okay. There was no charge which always makes me happy. I really like the service team, they are always pleasant and I see how they try to keep the customers happy. More

Excellent service This was my first visit to Columbia Kia. My Sorento was due for its first oil change/service and I was dreading bringing it in, fearing the usual "up This was my first visit to Columbia Kia. My Sorento was due for its first oil change/service and I was dreading bringing it in, fearing the usual "up-sell" techniques of most dealerships and service centers as well as inflated prices. I was pleasantly surprised to find such friendly, honest and helpful service in such a wonderful service center. Bobby greeted me right away, listened to everything I had to say and made me feel comfortable and welcome. And when I checked out there was no attempt to sell me anything extra, or scare me into buying more service than I needed. And I felt the prices were reasonable, and Bobby even noted that there are often coupons available online for my next visit. The dealership/service center is the nicest one I've ever encountered with all their amenities! A cafe! Clean, gorgeous bathrooms! A koi pond and play area! Next time I won't need to arrange for a babysitter when I bring my car in! Comfortable, lovely waiting area. Dare I say I'm actually looking forward to my next service appointment? I wouldn't go anywhere else. I wish I had leased my Kia there instead of the awful dealership that I did. Can't say enough good things about Columbia Ford Kia. Highly recommend! More
