No place to wait, no transportation offered, no public transit nearby. Very inconvenient. I did appreciate the fact that the service writer anticipated scheduling snafus and pre-scheduled a follow-up a transit nearby. Very inconvenient. I've been a customer for 25+ years (I moved an hour away for Stamford over 20 years ago but still travel to Stamford Ford for all my car buying and service needs. FYI, there is another Ford dealer within 10 for Stamford over 20 years ago but still travel to Stamford Ford for all my car buying and service needs. FYI, there is another Ford dealer within 10 minutes of my new home that just doesn't compare). Best customer service, period. More
