Great!!!!! Bob was great to work with. He never pressured me towards any type of vehicle just let me pick what I wanted to look at and test drive. Andy was also Bob was great to work with. Andy goes over all the paperwork in great detail and will work to get you the best financing he can find. More

I told him what car I wanted and it was ready for a test drive when we got there. Andy Crowder did the financing and came up with the payments we were looking for. Very disappointed with the tactics of this place! Went in to look at a used Toyota Camry, walked away annoyed. This place is total gamesmanship! They wouldn't run the financing numbers unless I committed to buying the car. Totally backwards! When I walked out, I was twice offered the lease a Kia! Do I look like I want a Kia? NO!!!! Salesman was rather poor. He listened to nothing I said and was a complete DB! Do yourself a favor and go to Dokmo in Northfield if you're looking for a Chrysler product! This place sucks! More
