worst service for a dealership ever. Still the same issues I'm still having the same issues with my rear driver side window I was given a rental for a few hours to fix the problem and called back a few hours l I'm still having the same issues with my rear driver side window I was given a rental for a few hours to fix the problem and called back a few hours later that it was fixed with a update but the window still doesn't work I told Richard and bob that the problem happens when it's cold weather outside and they didn't even wait for the temperature to drop to see what I was telling them about I'm still having the same issue with the window so I guess until it's fixed I'll have to keep complaining about it More

I wanted to purchase a certified pre owned from a dealership because I trusted t To start I bought a CERTIFIED pre owned 2011 Jeep Wrangler unlimited. I wanted to purchase a certified pre owned from a dealership because I trusted that they would ensure quality in my purchase. I couldn't have been more wrong. The wrangler I purchased was leaking water so bad the jack was inoperable. I discovered that about 2 months after purchase. I went into the rear compartment and it was filled with water. Then my breaks started making a little noise I only heard twice. I took it in and found out I needed breaks and rotors. When I brought it in for the break noise I asked them to check on the leak. Afte 6 days! They finally gave me an answer. Neither the breaks nor the leak were covered under the additional extended warranty I purchased. The breaks were 600$ and the leak was a 50$ part but they were going to charge me 280$ labor. Again they took my jeep for 6 days and wouldn't take any of my calls nor would they return them. I had to actually go to the dealership several times in an attempt to get answers. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had with a dealership and I would recommend everyone refuse to purchase vehicles from them or take their vehicles there for service. More

Worst dealership ever If you can go to any other dealer for service, please go there. They have zero customer service. If I could give zero stars I will. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone, I'd rather go to a beat down mechanic in the Bronx than come there again. They are out to get your money by all means necessary. I will make it my personal duty to tell everyone I know and meet in NY and out of town never to come to this dealership. You guys are the worst I have come across. No regards for the person paying you and I'm even scared for my car right now. Thank you for doing nothing, waste of time (had my car in the shop for a whole week) never called to tell me what the diagnostic results were, I had to call. Waste of money as they fixed nothing and I still have to pay for them fixing nothing even though I was told that if I fix the issue I did not have to pay for diagnostics only to find out it's still part of it. I have never felt so taken advantage of as a client ever before. Make no mistake this will not be the last review I leave of this company and it's rude and unapologetic staff that look at you from below their noses. More
