Walls Ford has always been right there when I needed them, ever since my son bought a Ford Fusion when they were in Amesbury. This trip was for an oil change but also to look at a rear tail light. Steve and Bob worked with me to come to a resolution and although I didn't end up buying the replacement from Ford they offered to install it for me. For me that's real service, putting the customer first. That's why we have a Ford Escape and Ford EcoSport, both of which are running fine due to regular maintenance at Walls ! More

Bob was welcoming and very personable. He took my vehicle in right away. He double checked my contact information. I asked him if a few scratches could be buffed out of the car and he said He took my vehicle in right away. He double checked my contact information. I asked him if a few scratches could be buffed out of the car and he said absolutely. He had me show him exactly where the scratches were so he could point it out to the service associates. My car was in for a “5 star” detail when the car was ready, When I picked it up it looked brand new. Amazing job; this is probably the fourth time I’ve brought my vehicle in for a detail. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.. More
