Terrible. Nothing was done to my car. I scheduled an appointment for Saturday and when I came in I was told they only do “small stuff “ like oil changes on the Nothing was done to my car. Rescheduled for Tuesday and nothing was done to my car but was told to come back the next day. And I’d be “good”. Came back and nothing was done again. Like it literally sat in the parking lot for another day. When I asked why and when something would be done he said he needed to speak to his manager. So I called everyday to try to speak to the manager and have left a message for him to call back and the manager hasn’t even. This place lacks communication and doesn’t like to honor the warranty that has been giving. So my next step is contacting GM since the service manager is mia. More

They make you buy a care package that is not needed, it’s a tactic to make up for the Buddy “discount.” Financing process is also suspect, as they don’t provide you the options but rather steer you towards w a tactic to make up for the Buddy “discount.” Financing process is also suspect, as they don’t provide you the options but rather steer you towards what seems to be their preferred lender. The service was fine but I was waiting to get my truck. I asked him to call me when truck ready I don't get a call I called back 6:00 and found the shop closed 5:30. Now if he had told me that the shop clo I asked him to call me when truck ready I don't get a call I called back 6:00 and found the shop closed 5:30. Now if he had told me that the shop closed that early and my truck was not going to be ready. I would be ok with that but, no. The shop closed with my truck in the shop and had no way to get work the day. I was NOT HAPPY!! More
