Sales Manager Dan O'Brian ruined it for me I recently visited Cortese Jeep dealership, I had the pleasure of working with Bob Harmor, sales consult and Dave Hilner finance manager, both Great g I recently visited Cortese Jeep dealership, I had the pleasure of working with Bob Harmor, sales consult and Dave Hilner finance manager, both Great guys, and straight shooters. I was getting my Daughter out of a lease and into a 2017 Ford Fusion, Now we need to make a deal, after taking the car out for a drive my Daughter fell in love with it, the one thing i noticed was the rear brake rotors had noticeable wear on them, They had uneven wear and grooves, I told Bob that if you take care of the rear brakes we have a deal, Bob noted it on the sales sheet, we signed it and we were told they needed to clean and get the car ready for delivery and can we come back tomorrow to pick it up and finish signing the paper work, No problem, Well when we returned the next day things took a turn for the worse, Bob informed me the they are not going to address the rear brakes and that Dan had 3 mechanics look at them and say there is nothing wrong with them, BS, I called him on it and told him we had an agreement on the sales slip and we signed it, I asked him to get the paper work and we will both look at it, Dan O'Brian sat across from me in front of my Daughter and told us I'm not getting the paper work, I dont care what it say's or what you signed, I'm not putting any money into that car, and if you don't like it, you dont have to buy it, These are the people who make the salesman look bad. You have lost a customer'do to Mr full of himself Dan O'Brian More
