After doing research on the web, my husband and I came across the great deal that toyota was offering. My husband called and spoke with Bob initially. We were shopping around for an '08 Highlander. Brian and Toyota of Braintree were pleasant to work with and the experience was hassle-free, unlike what we experienced at other dealerships. At the competition, issues ranged from inexperienced sales people who didn't know much about their vehicles, price games (better price offered in an e-mail than what the sales manager offered when we were at the dealership; also writing a number on paper that the sales person couldn't sell the vehicle for), to poor communication (sales people didn't return our call after we agreed to a price, as long as they properly repaired some damage). Bob, in the internet group at Toyota of Braintree, took great care of us from the outset. He was prompt and offered specific answers to our questions. He also moved quickly and got me into their dealership to view the vehicle we ultimately ended up purchasing. Initially, I hadn't planned to go that far of a distance for a vehicle, but Bob struck while the iron was hot, which made the difference. On-site, Bob passed things on to Brian, who was a straight-shooter, accommodating and treated me like an educated consumer. He was personable and asked enough to get to know me and our needs without pretending that he wanted to become my new best friend. Throughout the experience, when I compared my experience at Toyota of Braintree, I knew that I would rather give my business to Brian than to one of the other sales people we had met at other dealerships. Bob also didn't just disappear. He helped out when needed (Brian was closing another deal and I never felt neglected, or that I was wasting my time.) Behind-the-scenes, Arthur did a good job on the paperwork aspect, and to explain warranty information. He didn't mess around, was thorough, and explained things in a way that was conversational, rather than using lofty, inflated language. He also was quick to contact resources that he needed after traditional business hours to ensure things went off without a hitch. After 21+ years, it was clear he knows his business. The whole process took no time at all and Brian made good on all aspects of the deal. The only thing outstanding is a set of floor mats, but based on the experience so far, I'm sure he will follow-through. When we're in the market for another vehicle, I'll be sure to visit Toyota of Braintree. More

I very recently bought a new 2010 Toyota Highlander from Tufankjian Toyota of Braintree. When I arrived at the dealership, I was very impressed with the spacious and modern showroom. I met Bob and he introduced me to Steve Lavanchy. Steve worked with me from the test drive through to purchasing the vehicle and was at all times a class act and a professional. Steve did not adopt high pressure sales techniques and instead gave me the information and help that I needed to make my decision. Later that Sunday, I worked with John Celesk on financing and purchasing the vehicle. John tirelessly went over various financing options and different options to add to the vehicle. Like Steve, John did not use forceful sales techniques; rather, he patiently let me know about my options so that I went home satisfied. I had the car in service to install the options that I selected and Mike Hankes was very helpful in working with me to get me a great system at a great price. Steve Lavanchy was extremely accessible and kept in touch with me during the whole process. Tufankjian Toyota of Braintree also let me use a loaner vehicle while my options were being installed. Even though another Toyota dealership is located in my town and is less than 10 minutes away, I will travel to Toyota of Braintree to service my car in their modern service department. I cannot speak highly enough about Steve Lavanchy, John Celesk, Mike Hankes, and Bob Hadges and I am extremely satisfied with my car-buying experience. Also, I love the car--that helps! More

From the initial e-mail to the last hand shake, I was treated with complete courtesy and professionalism. Because of a prompt e-mail response to my offer, I drove from Cape Cod to Braintree and drove hom treated with complete courtesy and professionalism. Because of a prompt e-mail response to my offer, I drove from Cape Cod to Braintree and drove home again in my new Tacoma. All in one day! Still haven't heard from the local dealers. My offer on the new truck was accepted immediately and I received exactly what I wanted for my trade. No haggling. Another dealer ( where i bought my previous truck ) told me to sell my old truck myself and then come back and we could talk prices. Needless to say, I won't be back for sales OR service. I don't mind driving an hour to be treated with respect. Thank you Bob Hadges, Sam Zaidan and everyone at Toyota of Braintree for making my trip" off Cape" so easy and enjoyable. See you for service. I just bought my second Prius from Toyota of Braintree. My first, an 05, I bought new when the dealership was in Weymouth. This time I was looking to replace that car, which had 146k miles on it, and had run problem free for the whole time I owned it. Jim Paige showed me a 2007 Prius that I had called about and spoken with Bob Hadges earlier. When I arrived, the 07 Prius was sitting out in front of the showroom waiting for me to test drive. My experience with this dealership, and particularly with Jim and Bob, was nothing short of professional. Both were courteous and professional. Jim was pleasant to deal with. He just guided me through the process. I never felt pushed into buying. I had been seriously contemplating this for a while. We came to agreement on price and a good trade-in for my 05. After all the paperwork was completed I left, knowing I had gotten a fair deal. The car was ready for me three days later, as I had the seats upholstered in leather. When I got into the new (to me) car it was like a brand new vehicle. Jim went over the routine stuff, as well as showing me the key drop off box and service area before I left. The day I first looked at this car Jim also showed me the upper level where the new cars are stored. I had wanted to look at the new model Prius. This showroom is really nice and my overall experience was excellent. Jim is an asset to this place. There is a real air of professionalism among all the staff I interacted with here, form the receptionist to the service staff. I would highly recommend this dealership to my friends. More

Everyone at Tufankjian Toyota of Braintree is so incredibly helpful. From owner Charles Tufankjian, to salesman Brian McGrath, customer service ace Bob Hadges, and (perhaps top of the pile) business incredibly helpful. From owner Charles Tufankjian, to salesman Brian McGrath, customer service ace Bob Hadges, and (perhaps top of the pile) business guy John Celesk, I felt like they were working -- really toiling -- to get me the best price on the car I wanted. They were super understanding of our needs, both in terms of getting us into exactly the car we wanted, as well as getting us a finance package that was better than expected. We love Toyotas; after losing our beloved 2010 Prius to a renegade deer, I, my wife, and our soon to be born daughter felt incredibly well protected, and we knew that was where we wanted to be again. The gang at Tufankjian took such good care of us; we felt like both our family's safety and our financial security were a priority to them. I can guarantee that when it's time to retire my wife's Rav 4, it'll be replaced by a Hilander Hybrid from Toyota of Braintree. Thanks to everyone there! More
