He is very professional , personable and knowledgable which made the whole experience even better.Because of his experience we were able to move from looking at a base model Traverse when we arrived to leaving in a well loaded AWD LT model for only a few dollars more a month. He made sure we would get the best deal for our dollar and that goes a long way with me. The whole process was painless and I will never deal with any other Chevrolet dealership except Elkins.Now I am actually looking forward to when I am going to buy myself a new Silverado. When I walk into the showroom everyone is so friendly and accommodating. Can they get you a water or have a bagel with a great selection of cream cheeses while you wait for your vehicle to be serviced. Only once have I had a sales person that did not meet eye to eye with me and that person is no longer there. Management understood my dilema an I was than helped by Adam Elkins himself was given a lot of courteous concern and walked out with a new vehicle. Let's not forget and make special mention of Todd Hersh my current salesperson of my last two cars, Traverse and Equinox for the wife. No pressure and very helpful is Todd. Great to tell stories with and I believe he understands my crazy humor. Overall, if your looking for either a new Chevrolet or a used vehicle Elkins is the place to go. More

Within minutes of me inquiring about a car they had on their lot I had one automated email and one live text. The following morning a phone call to answer my questions and make the deal. Follow up calls, emails, and texts to make sure everything was ready for my wife and I to take fast delivery of the car. Adam even arranged for Michael to pick us up from the airport and taken to the dealership. Bob exicuted the paperwork in record time so my wife and I could get on the road back to Arkansas. Spectacular From Start to Finish Though Ive purchased many cars in my life, I was a bit apprehensive after I recently decided I wanted to Lease a vehicle for the first time ever. I Though Ive purchased many cars in my life, I was a bit apprehensive after I recently decided I wanted to Lease a vehicle for the first time ever. I had the auto picked out (a 2018 Chevy Malibu LT) but was not thrilled to begin the "shopping/leasing" process. I did so at ANOTHER local Chevy dealer from whom I had purchased my last car and after 5 minutes there early in the process, the experience was so negative I made up my mind to go to another dealer--it was Elkins--even though the first one was much closer. I wont name the other Chevy dealer except to say 4 Letter Name beginning with M near a major shopping mall. Long story short: from the time I first walked in to Elkins about 2 weeks ago until the Lease transaction was completed and the car delivered yesterday (10/10/18) every person I interacted with was not only informed and friendly, but very patient with this first time Car Lease customer. Salesman Jim Marks was personable and did most of the initial interaction with me. the initial proposed deal was good (I had done some online research) but when he turned me over to General Sales Manager Bob Borman everything went from good to great. Mr. Borman was equally personable and really rearranged the numbers (costs, incentives, value added things etc.) that made it impossible NOT to finalize everything with Elkins.He had to secure the precise car I wanted from another Dealer and did so immediately.He was extremely busy at all X but made as much time for me (on one of my three visits I was accompanied by my girlfriend) as I felt I needed. I briefly met Adam Elkins who was also very personable--that is important to me--and since new autos have massive tech components, they inroduced me after the zillions forms were signed,to a wonderful Tech expert employee(Michael Fofana) who patiently sat with me in the vehicle for an hour going over everything and setting up most of the tech, entertainment, safety and directional features. Mr. Fofana realized that I'll have an obvious need for additional guidance and we agreed to communicate as often as necessary in the future on that. Marks and Borman also encouraged and almost insisted that I get back to them personally with any future questions or concerns. They were salesmen and had a job to do but they each did it in one of the most pleasant,professional ways I had ever encountered in my car buying history and experience. Lets see how the future Service Department does and whether their excellence and availability will continue now that I have signed on the dotted line--about 50 dotted lines actually--but MY bottom line: buy or Lease your Chevy from Elkins because from Top to bottom, so far, they are wonderful. More
