Horrible horrible experience at this dealership, my husband and I traveled from Maryland to this dealership to buy a car. We did not like the service of the sales representative Geuri Santana, but we l husband and I traveled from Maryland to this dealership to buy a car. We did not like the service of the sales representative Geuri Santana, but we let it go at that time. We liked the car so we bought it. We receive the temporary tags and registration for 30 days. The day before they expired, my husband contacted Geuri Santana to inform him that we had not received the tags from the DMV and asked for extension on the temporary. Geuri Santana assured him that the DMW tags would be mailed to us in a few days. Geuri Santana also said the he didn't need to send another extension, he said if the police stop us we can explain it and it will only be for a few days. After waiting, my husband emails the sales manager, Adam. He sent us an extension for another 30 days. We were fine thinking the DMV tags will be here before the temporary expires. Unfortunately the extensions expired on the 9th of this month and we cannot drive the car because Bob the sales manager told us that he will not send us another extension. My husband called him a couple of times today and he was rude and told my husband that there is nothing he can do. So after getting off work I called Bod and asked him if this is how a client is supposed to be treated and he responded with these exact words. I don't appreciate you calling me and asking me that. I was surprised, my husband and I have owned Chevy cars for over 20 years and we have never been treated that way. They lied to us from the start, the DMV tags were never here when they told us. We call the DMV here today and they told us that is nothing in process. We cannot drive the car dealer don’t explain nothing to us, ignore our emails, very sad how they treat their loyal costumers. Now we have to contact mary.barra@gm.com It’s a shame that we have to go this far but we will. My husband is a veteran and this is slap in the face not just for him but for anyone on our position. More
