Anyone in the car market needs to work with Blanca at DLR. For someone who doesn’t enjoy the pushy “salesy” person, I can say that my experience with both Blanca, and Dallas Lease Returns was unlike any DLR. For someone who doesn’t enjoy the pushy “salesy” person, I can say that my experience with both Blanca, and Dallas Lease Returns was unlike any other in the best of ways. Blanca kept me In the loop on all of the updates for the vehicle I was interested in(while she was on vacation). I had to put a deposit down to hold the truck, which is common in the industry, but it was fully refundable (which isn’t common in the industry) should I have chosen to not want the truck. I think this speaks highly of the dealership in terms of putting the customer needs first. Not many dealerships would refund that deposit because they all want to keep that cash. She walked me through both inside and outside financing options. Ensured anything with my truck was taken care of pre and post test drive. For me personally, purchasing a vehicle is about getting the information I ask for without being told why the vehicle is the one for me. She has followed up to make sure everything is going well with me both personally, and that the vehicle is performing up to par. The transaction went smoothly and I will be back to purchase my next vehicle from Blanca! Highest level of customer service from everyone at Dallas lease returns. More
