Great car shopping experience from beginning to end! Ms. Blanca came recommended from previous customers and she did not disappoint. We are new to the area and as a single mom w/3 kids I was beyond grat Ms. Blanca came recommended from previous customers and she did not disappoint. We are new to the area and as a single mom w/3 kids I was beyond grateful for her patience, understanding, flexibility, and overall great customer service in helping us find a new vehicle. Especially with the chaos of the relocation process, new job, kids’ school, acclimating to a new city (much less a metroplex) going to a car dealership was the least of my priorities. Ms. Blanca came through and everything I asked for was accomplished as close as possible. She went above and beyond to secure this highly sought after vehicle and made sure it was everything I wanted before finalizing the sale. Super sweet and definitely looks out for her customers! Dallas Lease Returns was a smooth car buying experience even to the point of bringing the car to you so you can test drive it as well as have it delivered after purchase. Which again, I am so thankful I did not have to worry about what to do with the kids or our other car to pick up ours. Highly recommend and look forward to using them again in the future. Thank you!
