I contact this dealer for a used Camry hybrid...At first we were skeptical because there were a lot of type o's in the advertisement of the used vehicle we were interested in IE: Mileage and trim but we had the pleasure to work with Frantzy Dabel..Frantzy admitted there were type o's and helped us to find several different options/vehicles to pick from. Frantzy went the extra mile calling , emailing, etc. to get us in to he right vehicle. Although we didn't get exactly what we wanted for our trade-in Frantzy and his Manager helped us with other things to get us in the price range we needed to be at to purchase. There was no bullying, or ultimatum techniques used, (I have seen it all throughout the years) , there was just plain ole good customer service. I have bought many vehicles in my lifetime so far and have to admit Frantzy was one of the most easiest and pleasant sales men I have ever dealt with. Needless to say we left in the vehicle we wanted at the right price. I highly recommend Frantz and this dealer to everyone..Again thank you Frantzy!!! Jose and Normi Montalvo More

I've had the best car buying experience EVER at Toyota of North Miami!!! I went from simply surfing the website at 5am to driving the specific car that I had chosen online from the lot on the same Toyota of North Miami!!! I went from simply surfing the website at 5am to driving the specific car that I had chosen online from the lot on the same day (great website too). That morning I received a call from Fouad Jaaouni to let me know that he would be in all day should I care to make a purchase. His friendly and courteous manner convinced me that this was the place to go to, so I made an appointment for the afternoon, and in record time I was signing and driving. Danny Jaramillo also attended to me and was extremely helpful. By the time I got to the finance department, I had absolute pleasure of dealing with Birmengham Guirand who treated respectfully and graciously (very rare when dealing with finance people!). Over the past month since purchasing the car, I've taken them up on their free car wash offer, and they are true to their word. The showroom is BEAUTIFUL and makes it a pleasant experience to go there. My toddler loves the playroom, and the cafe staff are nice as well. I would recommend Toyota of North Miami to anyone interested in a stress-free car-buying experience. More
