9-17-25/Wednesday & 9-18 25/Thursday Longo Toyota repaired my 2000 Tundra. I called Billy Stewart and advised I needed Inspection for 2026, Oil Change, new Battery or new Starter or both. Set th repaired my 2000 Tundra. I called Billy Stewart and advised I needed Inspection for 2026, Oil Change, new Battery or new Starter or both. Set this up through Billy Stewart, Manager over Service and Garage Departments at Longo Toyota of Prosper: Kenneth James Toyota Certified Service Writer; and Josh Axtetter, Senior Certified Toyota Master Tech, who all three always handle my Service on my 2000 Tundra XR5 4x4 King Cab. I am the original Owner of this 25 year old Truck which always stays in pristine condition thanks to them!!!! My Tundra did need new Battery & New Starter which had to be ordered (Starter never been changed/just barely over 200K miles). Everything went smooth and precisely done. Love these Guys and very thankful for their excellent work and appreciate their friendliness in the completed process! They are 5 Star rated! Quality Work, Great Pricing and I Highly recommend Longo Toyota for new or used vehicle, but most important for their Service Department that is the best I have ever been associated with of all the Toyota dealerships during my 25 years! Thanks Billy Stewart for overseeing all my needs on my Tundra and pairing me with Kenneth James and Josh Axtetter! More

Billy Stewart was amazing at understanding my issue even though it was an off the wall request. He worked with Toyota corporate and myself relentlessly until we got my issue resolved. It was not an engineer though it was an off the wall request. He worked with Toyota corporate and myself relentlessly until we got my issue resolved. It was not an engineering problem and yet Billy still took the time to hear me out and get my 1794 tundra looking brand new. I would recommend Longo Toyota in Prosper Tx just so you can have Billy Stewart as your service manager working on your vehicle. I would 100% recommend them for your next purchase. More

Tony and Billy took the time to walk us through our first leasing experience, making sure we understood what exactly what was going on while also understanding our wants and needs — not only financially but leasing experience, making sure we understood what exactly what was going on while also understanding our wants and needs — not only financially but personally. On 2-24-25/Monday & 2-28-25/Friday (had to order parts) Longo Toyota of Prosper serviced my 2000 Tundra that I purchased new 25 years ago. On 24th replaced radiator fluid as protocol required. Ordered Power Steering lines (Leaking) & Drivers’s Seat Belt Buckle (Malfunctioning) that were installed on 28th. Billy Stewart oversaw the total repair process for my Tundra; Josh Astetter, Toyota Master Certified Tech repaired my Tundra & Kenneth James, Certified Toyota Service Rep, oversaw the Servicing of my vehicle. I want to thank all three for keeping my Tundra in excellent condition. Thanks Much Guys! More

There is a definite reason why this dealership has an almost perfect 5 star review with over 8,000 customer reviews. We recently purchased a certified used truck from Longo that we had seen advertised on almost perfect 5 star review with over 8,000 customer reviews. We recently purchased a certified used truck from Longo that we had seen advertised online, got it home, realized that it wasn't the right one for us, called them the next day and asked if we could bring it back and pick out another one. It isn't an easy process, however they did everything necessary to return the one we bought, and get us in another truck, at a great price, that better met our needs. Our salesman, Carlos Moreles, was very fair, accommodating, and patient with us throughout the purchase, the return, and the final purchase. He will be our guy on all our family's future purchases. While at Longo, we met the dealership GM, Daniel Sanchez, Sales Managers Harvey Portwood and Preston Mitchell, Finance Manager Olu Betiku, and the Service Director, Billy Stewart. Each of them were understanding of our situation, and happily worked with us to expedite the return and repurchase of our final truck. Awesome team of professionals. Best dealership experience we have ever had. More
