Upon calling the dealership after viewing a 2000 Chevy truck on your web site, I spoke with Bill Urbanski. Even though he was a new car salesman, he went out of his way to help me. He took the vehicle f truck on your web site, I spoke with Bill Urbanski. Even though he was a new car salesman, he went out of his way to help me. He took the vehicle for a test run and then called me back with his honest opinion, which was that this was a solid running vehicle. Based on that, I drove the 90 miles from my home to Saginaw. After test driving the vehicle myself, I decided to make the purchase. I really appreciated all the extra effort Bill went through for me, someone he never even met. This type of customer service is what will bring me back. In fact, he is keeping his eye out for a solid used vehicle for my wife. I've already recommended your dealership to others. My husband and I were in the market for a specific type and style of vehicle. After being mislead by one of our local dealerships (Michaels in Port Huron - we were told they had 6-7 options of what we wer and style of vehicle. After being mislead by one of our local dealerships (Michaels in Port Huron - we were told they had 6-7 options of what we were looking for but after loading up our 4 children and driving 45 minutes to get there, we found they had 0 - not even 1) and having difficulty finding what we wanted, we contacted McDonald Auto and spoke with Bill Urbanski. We found a couple of possiblities but wanted to make sure we were getting the best deal. We went to look at a vehicle offered at Suski's Auto in Birch Run and were once again, extremely mislead and lied to. We immediately returned to Bill at McDonald Auto and made our purchase through him. We are extremely satisfied with the service, the vehicle we purchased, and the value we received for our trade-in. It took longer then expected to finalize paperwork but overall we would definately recommend this salesperson/dealership to our friends and family. More
