I went to 495 Jeep because I leased my current jeep from them. I couldn't believe how unhelpful they were. Such a disappointment because my first experience was so great. My current jeep is selling for $38, them. I couldn't believe how unhelpful they were. Such a disappointment because my first experience was so great. My current jeep is selling for $38,000 at multiple dealers. They offered me less than my lease buyout of $26,000 and offered to more than double my monthly payments on the new jeep I was looking at. They couldn't have acted any more like they didn't want to sell me a vehicle. I will never look at this dealer again for a new vehicle. Harr in Worcester was such a better experience and they acted like they were interested in earning my business. I have worked in sales for a long time and I've worked at a dealership so I know the back-end money on new car sales and the markup on used vehicles. They wanted to make $10,000 plus on flipping my jeep, so they could have been a whole lot more competitive on the pricing of the new jeep. Once again it felt like they had no interest in selling a new vehicle to a repeat customer. More
