Aaron at Subaru of Kennesaw, along with everyone we met there, was awesome. Zero pressure, no intimidating tactics, no posing for photos after my purchase for their Instagram page (I hate that)...they had there, was awesome. Zero pressure, no intimidating tactics, no posing for photos after my purchase for their Instagram page (I hate that)...they had coffee, hot chocolate, snacks, a playroom for my daughter, and just a welcome atmosphere *(the little things count big to this mom of 4, so huge shout out to the playroom). Aaron was extremely knowledgeable about Subaru, he answered all my questions honestly and even made sure I knew about features I didn't know existed. The car buying process is stressful but the folks at Subaru of Kennesaw not only made it an easy process, they made me feel confident in my purchase choice ($40k in buyer's remorse would SUCK!). We are a family of 6 and my daughter will be 16 this year.... so get ready Aaron, we'll be back to Subaru soon 😉 More

My car buying experience with Ralph Kurland and Bill Scarbrough was exceptional. To the extent that I've purchased 2 brand new Outbacks from them since 2019. Plus I brought my partner in to purchase a v Scarbrough was exceptional. To the extent that I've purchased 2 brand new Outbacks from them since 2019. Plus I brought my partner in to purchase a vehicle from them as well. Ralph is a true professional. He does not pressure and always keeps the customers interest in mind. I had a remarkable experience working with him and will continue to purchase vehicles from him. Thank you Ralph you rock! The service department on the other hand is a mess and is a nightmare to deal with. I will unfortunately have to write a negative review on the SERVICE department. My experiences so far since 2019 have been unacceptable. I will not take my vehicles here for service and I recommend you do not use this department either. Multiple times, I've had to bring my car back on several separate occasions for an issue that I identified, and was told it would be fixed and was not. I am disappointed with the customer service of the service department. Overall, I recommend this dealership for purchasing a new or used vehicle. Just don't bring it back for service. More
