Being in the sales business myself for 30 years I can say that he is someone i would hire to work for me and he takes great care of you, truly explains everything and cares about what he does and who he works with. I cant say enough good things about him and so grateful for his expertise and his professionalism. Mercedes Benz is truly lucky to have him and he should be recognized and used as an example of what Mercedes wants with anyone representing their amazing brand. Everything was perfect! Bill is also very responsive to any emails and goes that extra mile. He lets me know he’s there for me if I need anything. From the dealership to the service department, everyone is very courteous and professional. I always see Bill Mehrkens for purchasing a car. In September my beautiful Car was totaled in an accident and Bill had the car’s twin for me that I took possession of in October 2024. He was there for me every step of the way. He genuinely cares. In the service department, my advisor is George Jimenez - both the BEST and my reason for sticking with Mercedes Benz of Rockville Centre. They are like family!
