It's always a pleasure to sit down with Bill Mehrkens, and go over what vehicle would be best for my wife and/or myself. He makes the process a simple one, and really takes ample time to go over what features come with our new vehicle, and which ones will really benefit us. My wife needed a change, and was a bit apprehensive about switching over to an SUV from a small sedan. Bill alleviated any and all fears; and she's currently loving every moment in her new GLC300. In addition, Mercedes Benz of Rockville Centre , hands down, improved on the delivery process; (and we never had a complaint when it was done at the dealership). There is a lot to review in each vehicle, and now going to the Service Center is the ultimate way to do it.. TJ Stevens, our customer service rep, was patient and went over every single thing we could think of. Delivery is done with such ease, in a fantastic setting with a very 'able' Customer Service Rep. He had a lot of patience while I learned about all the new features.
