This was my first car buying experience and Bill Ford was the absolute best salesman. He pulled out all the stops to make sure that I found a car that I loved. He had such a great upbeat energy the whole tim the absolute best salesman. He pulled out all the stops to make sure that I found a car that I loved. He had such a great upbeat energy the whole time! I have recommended him to many people that are also looking for cars. I also did financing with Robert Koon, he was a very kind funny man and made sure that pricing was where I needed. Customer friendly, professional service department and great sales department!! Went to another dealer with service problems, I sat in my car, no greeted me and when walking in to service counter it was i great sales department!! Went to another dealer with service problems, I sat in my car, no greeted me and when walking in to service counter it was if I bothered them. The exact opposite of how Mullinax treated me. Smiles, greeters and asking how they could help!! More
