Brandon has even become a friend through this process. Nick Kelly, the Sales Manager, made sure everything came together seamlessly and treated us with honesty and respect throughout the process. Nick has also become a friend, which speaks volumes about the kind of people they have on their team. Tom Balaskovitz in Finance made what is often the most stressful part feel simple and transparent, clearly explaining all of our options without any pressure. And Bill, the Business Manager, ensured every detail was handled with care and professionalism. They also gave us more than a fair trade-in value for our VW Touareg, which we truly appreciated. In addition, we previously had our Touareg serviced here and had such a great experience that it’s what initially led us to return and ultimately trade it in for a new Audi. Even though we did not meet the General Manager in person this time, it was clear he was involved behind the scenes in helping guide the process and decisions, and we still felt we received excellent treatment from him as well. Because of the trust and confidence they’ve earned, we plan to use My Auto Import Center for all future servicing of our Audi as well. It’s rare to find a dealership where the entire team works together so well to create such a positive customer experience. We left feeling confident, valued, and excited about our purchase.
