I have had 6 VWs over the past 30 years. I had a problem with a chronic issue and was a couple days out of warranty. Then I bought a new Tiguan r-line with Narcis and it was a complete breeze. He didn't xx me with unreasonable offers - a quick and respectful back and forth and we came to a fair deal. Would recommend working with Bill and Narcis at this dealership for sure. More
