Always Exceptional friendly professional customer service! It’s super easy to schedule an appointment to have my car serviced and the Jim Norton Toyota dealership sends me a reminder text. When I a service! It’s super easy to schedule an appointment to have my car serviced and the Jim Norton Toyota dealership sends me a reminder text. When I arrive in their drive thru, I am always greeted with a smile. Then I am taken by the greeter to my advisor David Holmes who assists me in what my car is needing. During the waiting time, I am kept in the loop what they found out, to get my approval to fix whatever they found that needs urgent fixing. Once I get notification then I give them the approval or decline the work to be done and I am also given an estimate of the cost to fix the item(s). I have the dealership take me to work thru their courtesy vans and then I am picked up brought back to the dealership when car serviced is completed. They even wash outside of my car. Jim Norton Toyota is known for their integrity and awesome customer service. Thank you! More
