He made everything simple and kept me informed, even providing my production number so I could track the build online, which I really appreciated. When the car arrived, Jacob ensured everything moved smoothly and connected me with Benjamin in finance so we could complete the paperwork quickly via Zoom. Benjamin was patient, knowledgeable, and made the entire process easy. I’d also like to thank Ryan Light for helping me get started with the BMW Electrify America promotion and providing helpful information after delivery.
