They were very unprofessional, and forced me to work with a rude employee after begging multiple times to work with someone else to ensure that person got the sales credit or whatever the term is, instead of a rude employee after begging multiple times to work with someone else to ensure that person got the sales credit or whatever the term is, instead of giving the customer a satisfactory experience. He refused to give me temporary insurance, though I was told by multiple people INCLUDING THE MANAGER that I could and will. I was told the car could be delivered but he claimed the store was super busy just for me to arrive and he not be doing anything. His actions towards me were out of spite of using my credit union instead of allowing him to run my credit. And also after SEVERAL acknowledgments to NOT run my credit, he decided to run it anyways. Very displeased. More

Added extended warranties and useless services without consent. When I asked for clarification, they ignored me. Only after days of pressure I got the scanned documents.
